Flockdeck

Refund policy

Last updated: 6 October 2026

This policy covers the one thing Flockdeck sells: the Flockdeck Remote subscription. It sits beside the terms of service and the privacy policy.

What is sold

The subscription is sold by Paddle (paddle.com), as the merchant of record: you buy it from Paddle, which takes the payment, charges and pays the sales tax, sends your receipts and handles refunds. Flockdeck provides the service itself.

The free trial

Each account has a free trial of 30 days. No payment details are needed to start it and nothing is charged during it, so there is nothing to refund. When it ends, Flockdeck Remote stops until you subscribe.

Refunds

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future charges. It takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and Flockdeck Remote carries on until then. To cancel, use Manage subscription in Devices on a paired phone or browser, which opens Paddle's customer portal.

None of this affects the rights the law gives you. If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, for example, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a contract for a digital service, and this policy does not take it away.

How to ask

The desktop app

The Flockdeck desktop app is free and is not sold, so no refund applies to it. It is under the PolyForm Noncommercial licence; the licences page lists the components it uses.

Contact

Flockdeck is made and run by Jim Wright, a sole trader in the United Kingdom. Postal address: 39 Tilling Close, ME15 6RW. Email privacy@flockdeck.ai.
